Cowboy Day

Flint had western day at school today. Isn't he the most handsome thing you have ever seen. He couldn't wait to go to school and tell everyone that his "Big D" is a real cowboy since he wears boots and Wranglers every single day :)

I am 9 months old

Mary Claire had her 9 month check on Tuesday. The doctor said she is perfect. She weighs 18 lbs 3 oz and is 28 3/4 inches. She is in the 35% for weight and 90 % for height. She did not have to get any shots this time but they did prick her finger for blood and she did not even move or blink when they did it. That's a big change for me after having 2 very dramatic children. She is pulling up, crawling, sitting up and waves bye-bye. She will also "pat cakes".What a joy. I am so thankful for my healthy children!

Wednesday Nights

Wednesdays are always very busy. Maddie goes to school until 11:30 on Wednesdays when I pick her up we usually have "ladies lunch" with Grammy and Mary Claire. We come home and rest then she has to be back at gymnastics at 2:30(Maddie's teacher told me how impressed she is with Maddie, she said she is very strong for her age and will need to move up a class very soon). While she is at gymnastics M.C. and I pick Flint up from school get a snack and go back and get Maddie at 3:30. We come home do homework and get ready for church by 6:00. Flint has choir and missions on Wednesday night. Kearby leads the missions at our church so MC and I have a quiet evening at home until they get home around 8:30. Tonight Flint's choir performed for us. It was so cute.

It was finally warm enough for Maddie to wear this adorable outfit Aunt Mel, Uncle Mar, Kylan and Leighton gave her for her birthday. It is so precious. She got it at a store in Tyler called "Snug as a Bug". It has the most adorable things. Thanks Aunt Mel!And finally look at sweet Mary Claire in her little monogrammed dress. I can promise you the bow only stayed in for the picture. She jerks them out faster then you have ever seen It has to hurt, she has a lot of hair!!!

Crawling

Yesterday Mary Claire was playing on the floor in my bedroom while I was on the computer. When I got up from the computer I could not find her. Then I heard something and I looked under my bed and there she was.......................................

Off to baseball practice

It is that time of year again. Baseball has officially begun. This is very busy time for the Herrington's. Flint has moved up from T-ball to machine pitch so it will be different this year.

Maddie is starting t-ball this year so this season should be interesting. Happy Tuesday!
